How do I know how many artists or booths I need?

How do I set up my Hybrid Booth? Do I need to be tech-savvy?
Nope! Our booths are designed to be plug-and-play — no technical background needed. If you can join a zoom meeting- you’ve got this.
Here’s how it works:
- We ship you the headphones (with a return shipping label)
- You connect a laptop to a TV
- Log into Zoom — our software does the rest
- We provide step-by-step setup instructions and a pre-event tech check

- Works remotely with your artists

What’s the difference between Traditional Artists and Hybrid Caricature Booths?
Traditional Artists are on site in-person — draw in black and white on paper- seated at an easel or roaming.
Big Heads & Beats Hybrid Booths are an on site interactive art and music activation that brings live caricature artists streaming via our software drawing digitally — guests approach the screen and are drawn in real time, with downloadable color caricatures delivered via QR code. Great for branding opportunities and engaging larger crowds. The musical element of our live DJ in the custom headphones gives guests a more interactive, inclusive and fun experience rather than waiting in a boring line.
Can we brand the caricatures with our event theme or logo?
Yes!
All Big Heads & Beats bookings include company/event branding with color matched logo on the final individual/small group digital caricatures as well as a branded group collage. We can create a custom theme for your starting at $75
Traditional caricatures can be created on branded paper (starting at $75)
Do you provide AV setup and Staff support?
In Nashville, yes — full AV setup & strike is available for all packages. Event Coordinator and greeting staff is available when Emcee & DJ are also on site (full party packages).
Outside Nashville, our plug-and-play hybrid booths ship with AV requirements, setup instructions and remote support. We recommend (1) greeter/staff per 2 booths to distribute headphones and guide your guests.
We already have musical entertainment for our event. Will the music from Big Heads & Beats interfere with the band or musical act?
Not at all. We created Big Heads & Beats so that those waiting in line no longer feel that they are missing out on the party…they’re having a party! So, we use noise cancelling Silent Disco Headphones so that only guests in line hear our DJ without disrupting your band or atmosphere.
Or you can have our Emcee & DJ on site we streaming through PA speakers or directly through your house AV system (See PARTY PACKAGES)
